Grase Industries was established in Edmonton, Alberta Canada in 1999. In a short time, Grase acquired the equipment and experienced personnel which allowed us to manufacture a larger variety of components for the down hole drilling industry.

Grase has a vast knowledge of manufacturing components for the MWD/LWD, RSS, and Mud Motor systems, which eventually became our specialty. In 2009 Grase expanded to a new location in Nisku, Alberta Canada, and we are proud to be certified ISO 9001:2015.

Grase Industries specializes in production machining of precision components as well as R&D and spec
Based on over 30 years of experience in the energy industry and 15 years as a proven vendor for the machining of thousands of components, here are some of the highlights of Grase Industries:
- We offer repair rework on API threads and tubular components using our 12.5” spindle capacity machine. We also provide deep bore machining.
- Milling capacities : Vertical Machining Centers with 4th axes Rotary tables, largest 8” capacity.
- We are equipped to perform small assemblies, if required.
- Grase industries production shop has designated areas for parts finishing, and preparation for inspection and shipping various
- All our production machining equipment is well maintained and in excellent condition.
- We have acquired a lot of experience working with materials such as TM-3, Beryllium, Inconel, Hastalloy, Monel alloys throughout our many years in business and a variety of projects our team has been tasked with.
Finally, all parts are go through our QA/QC Inspection loop, where the Zeiss CMM machine it is utilized to meet all criteria demanded by our clients. We are proud of the excellent quality record we have with our existing customers.
